oh hey, i live there

i just saw that my apartment was featured again on apartment therapy in this "best of the midwest" article. it was cool to see it there again - and looking so clean! it encouraged me to do laundry and pick up a bit today (and tomorrow: dishes and vacuuming).

at some point i have to tackle my desk, which during the last couple months of grad school became buried in a pile of art projects, thesis-related articles, and job hunting info. i am not showing you a picture of that, because it is embarrassing... but here is a picture of my windowsill, which has nothing to hide.
