Hey there! I found your blog just a week or so ago and I have found many of the things you've written/posted very interesting. I esp like the embroidery things you did for your art show. Compelling and yet simple.I had a question for you about this post today with the four images. The very last image, the one that starts out "Holy Salamander.." Do you have any idea what "Oh the convents, the convents!" means below that line? Just curious...

(lucille was my grandmother's name - it's so pretty)i'm sorry i can't clarify what "oh the convents" means... my favorite part of that particular piece is the left and right sides where it says "look not to either side nor back... but follow the crooked path!" it is especially interesting considering you have to 'look to either side' in order to read it.
